One behalf of Myself and my Husband Alain I wish to thank the team at Purslowe & Chipper Funerals Mandurah . From the time we walked in we were treated with compassion . The care that Narelle , Oliver and Emma put into to making our daughter Robyn's memorial a special day even down to the little details of the pink napkins . People commented how special the day was. I cannot thank your team enough, I know it will not bring my daughter back but it has given us some peace in that we were able to say a beautiful goodbye and we will always treasurer that memory .

We found Bowra & O’Dea to be professional and sympathetic at what was a very difficult time for our family. Our options were clearly explained and Bowra & O’Dea were happy to go the extra mile to accommodate all of our individual and very specific requirements. The facilities are excellent and the staff we had assisting us were all very emotionally intelligent and conscientious. From our initial contact everyone acted appropriately and treated all the family and our attendees with the utmost respect. We were very impressed with the service provided and the final send off for Dad.

What I really loved about Debra's work is that she spent the extra time and effort to make our ceremony unique and personal to us. The injection of our stories in between the 'official stuff' and the personal blessing at the end was simply perfect. Gerard, Isabelle and the team were absolutely amazing, highly professional and helped my family and I to organise a wonderful Hindu funeral service to send off my mother. As I had travelled interstate I had to coordinate everything in quarantine - Gerard made the whole process smooth and straight forward which I really appreciated. He was also very patient with all the requests coming through from many family members.The service itself was so well coordinated, beautifully presented and very respectful to my mother, family and Hindu religion.I would give 7 stars if I could. First time planning a funeral, it was quite difficult, Raelene was very helpful and took me step by step through every aspect. Thankyou to her, Lynda and the rest of the team at Seasons funeral canningvale for a memorable experience. Even small things i forgot to ask about on the day of the funeral; they had prepared for me. I have nothing bad to say at all about them. Would recommend to anyone who is planning a funeral and needs a caring and understanding team by their side.

I had my Uncle cremated here he lived on his own in Perth I live in England and they helped me arrange his funeral and I cannot fault them they made this so easy. Can't thank them enough.Fantastic service very professional.
