From the moment Dad and I walked into the office to begin arrangements for Mum, all the way through to the closing moments of the memorial service, the team at Purslowe Tinetti were wonderful. Pam put us both at ease and very quickly tuned into where we were at and how to craft the service so that it reflected Mum’s manner just perfectly.We couldn’t have wished for a more perfect send off.Thank you Pam.
